Also to add to let everyone know this recipe is absolutely legit! I used store bought stew meat and it came out perfect. The one thing I did different was add salt after the boiling and before the simmering for an hour. About a teaspoon! Just delicious and super super tender. Thanks Darlene! They should give you the Nobel Peace prize! 😊😊😊

You teach the joy of relaxing and playing with fabric, which has really boosted my confidence. And you taught me crumb quilting, which I absolutely love! My sons dog passed away and I'm thinking of making him a quilt with photos of his dog, I could do a research but I like the way you teach! I'm in the category where I don't go for perfection, the more I try to be perfect it turns out worse... I just wing it!
